A stop at the La Fonte restaurant and pizzeria is a tribute to
forgotten flavours, with local dishes and very special handmade
pasta. The
best periods are June, during the Santa Teodora festivities, and
September, for the country outing of Santa Maria del Monte.
Other splendid excursions go to the headwaters of the Sinello river.
The local characteristic cuisine at La Fonte offers traditional
salami (ventricina, capocollo, sausages), homemade pasta (pasta
alla "guitar," sagne),
grilled meats and local types of pizza.
